An answer is made up of symbols. An answer draws on conventional wisdom, common sense. An answer is pat and without irony.
A resolution may include symbols, but it also incorporates gestures, actions or interactions, tone of voice and other vocalized sounds, facial expressions, varying rhythms or interactions of all of these, and figures of speech.
An answer is language with no body-of-language. Language without its material aspect.
An answer maybe be mistaken for a resolution. Answers often impede resolutions.
